Embody-Move UK is offering a series of online introductory sessions in Body-Mind Centering® ahead of a new cycle of its Somatic Movement Education training, beginning in October 2026.
Led by Dr Katy Dymoke, Program Director of Embody-Move, these sessions offer an opportunity to bring questions and curiosity and explore an embodied approach to movement, the senses and perception.
The sessions take place on Zoom:
• Tuesday 22 September, 6.30–8.30pm UK time
• Thursday 24 September, 4–6pm UK time
• Monday 5 October, 7–9pm UK time
• Thursday 8 October, 3–5pm UK time
Suggested donation: £10 per session.
A Zoom link will be sent to those registered. If you cannot make these times, contact Katy to discuss joining later or arranging an alternative time where possible.
